Our Friday Mountain Bike Maintenance course is aimed at mountain bikers keen to look after their precious bike and keep it running smoothly.

Course Content

• Clean, de-grease and re-lube

• Tyre & tube selection and repair

• Wheels checking, quick releases

• Brakes - pad replacement, cable replacement, lube and adjust

• Transmission - Chain check, repair and replace

• Gears - Cable replacement, lube and adjust

• Headset - Adjustment only

• Trailside repairs

Make a long weekend of it and add this great course onto a Dales Mountain Biking Guided Biking weekend or Riding Skills course.
