Mountain Bike Basics Skills Course

Mountain Bike Basics Riding Skills course aimed at competent cyclists who wish to refresh their riding skills and those new to mountain biking.  Our professional skills instructors help you acquire the skills to be able to venture off-road. This carefully structured program will introduce the basics of riding off-road, developing and improving your technique, skills and confidence.

To enable you to get the most from your Mountain Bike Riding Skills Course we limit course size to a maximum of 6 participants

Optional Friday Mountain Bike Maintenance course

Saturday /am:

Bike set up and safety checks. Developing core skills - gear selection, body position, braking.

Saturday / pm:

Local trails developing techniques Descending - Climbing
