Jumps and Drops 2 Riding Skills Day

Our jumps and drops mtb riding course is aimed at very confident mountain bikers, who long to ride very steep drops and take jumps on a steeper slope. You must have participated in Jumps and Drops 1 or able to show a high level of skill.  

This carefully structured program will help you develop and improve your technique, skills and confidence on bigger jumps and very steep drops. 

Course content:

  • Bike set-up

  • Body position / weight distribution

  • Drops

  • Jumps

  • Pumping

Typical Course

Friday:

Optional Friday Mountain Bike Maintenance course

Morning:

Bike set up and safety checks. Body position, weight distribution, drops, jumps, pumping.

Afternoon:

Developing techniques, followed by Brenda's homemade cake. Informal group evaluation.

To enable you to get the most from your Mountain Bike Riding Skills Course we limit course size to a maximum of 6 participants.
